Returns & Refunds

Every Bully Standard item is printed, embroidered or made just for you after you order. Because of that, we don't accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, color or change of mind. Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering.

If something's wrong, we'll make it right

If your order arrives misprinted, defective or damaged, or you received the wrong item, email us within 30 days of delivery at david7mueller@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photo of the problem. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method. You don't need to send the item back.

Cancellations

Orders go into production quickly. If you need to cancel or change an order, email us as soon as possible. We can only cancel orders that haven't started production.

Lost or undeliverable packages

If tracking shows your package is lost in transit, contact us and we'll help sort it out. Orders returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped at the customer's expense.

Refund timing

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Most banks post them within 5-10 business days.
