These Terms of Service apply to your use of bullystandard.com and any purchase from Bully Standard ("we," "us," "our"). By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Orders and pricing

All prices are in US dollars. Prices, products and availability may change without notice. We may refuse or cancel any order, including orders with pricing or listing errors. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, you'll receive a full refund.

2. Made-to-order products

Products are made to order by our production partners. Colors may vary slightly from what's shown on your screen, and product mockups are for illustration. Minor variations in print or embroidery placement are normal.

3. Payment and taxes

Payment is due when you place your order. Applicable sales tax is calculated and collected at checkout.

4. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy and returns and refunds by our Refund Policy, both of which are part of these terms.

5. Intellectual property

All designs, logos, text and images on this site belong to Bully Standard and may not be copied, reproduced or resold without our written permission.

6. Use of the site

You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site and products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages. Pet products should be used under supervision; check collars, leashes and bowls regularly for wear, and stop using any item that is damaged.
